Having looked at the results especially in the knockout stages, Real Madrid have arguably despatched the harder opposition but when watching Juventus throughout the tournament but more so in their games against Barcelona, they showed real solidarity and a maturity about their performances which are making them a good bet for many a person. They really did play to the typical Italian style of play and it was a joy to watch. Real Madrid will be looking to win their 12th title so will be coming into this one as favourites, and confident they can bring yet another title back to Madrid.
An area which people are seeing as a key feature, (apart from Cristiano Ronaldo of course!) is the battle of the Goalkeepers. Keylor Navas has failed to convince everyone this season but has been saved on numerous occasions by the free scoring La Liga Champions. But it is an absolutely huge day for Gianluigi Buffon who is aiming to win his first European Title. He’s a goalkeeper who oozes class and has experience in abundance, so you’d think the occasion wouldn’t get the better of him.
So, who’s going to win? Leave your thoughts in the comments below and watch the drama unfold tomorrow on BT Sport from 7pm GMT!
Enjoy!
